Refund Policy

YoungCuts Inc. ("YoungCuts") provides you with access to a free trial of one or more sample videos at youngcuts.com. This free access is provided so that you can determine if the form of the videos satisfy you prior to purchasing a paid membership.  These sample videos are not intended to provide you with a full range of content available with the YoungCuts service. Some of the YoungCuts service videos may contain scenes that you may find disturbing, including but not limited to scenes of a sexual nature or scenes containing offensive language.  If you are concerned about this type of content, then you should not subscribe to the YoungCuts service.

Refund Policy

As stated above, you are free to view the free sample videos prior to purchasing.  We offer the free sample videos so you can familiarize yourself with the form of our videos in advance of purchasing thereby eliminating surprises and the need for refunds.  Due to the nature of digital video content, all purchases are final.  No refunds will be offered after purchase.

Whether you subscribe to a fixed term, a monthly or annual payment option, license fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for the remaining term of a paid membership.  

Subscription and Account Cancellation

The account owner is the only person who can cancel a subscription or an account. To cancel, send an email to admin@youngcuts.com identifying you and requesting the cancellation.  We will then cancel your subscription or account.  If your services are being billed as a monthly or annual subscription, your subscription will be terminated upon account cancellation and you will not be charged for any renewal terms.  As described in the Refund Policy, you will not receive a refund for the remaining term of a paid membership.
