The YoungCuts Film Festival is pleased to present more than 100 great short films by the world's best young filmmakers for free - and every month, we add more!

This month, we are featuring four great short films on our front page that we featured in previous YoungCuts festivals...

... twenty films vying to be selected for this years YoungCuts Film Festival. And you get to help pick which one of those 20 will be picked! Watch and vote for one of them or all of them, just remember to rate your favourite the highest! 

We're calling this month's contest, La Guerre des Flics!

(Views, Votes & Ratings will be counted until May 1st. Winner will be announced the first week of May, based on the combination of number of times each film was watched, how many votes each film received and how high a rating each film received.)

3) YoungCuts Film Festival Regular Submission Deadline

The YoungCuts Film Festival Regular Submission Deadline is April 30th. 

We do accept submissions after that - until June 15th - but it is more expensive and the earlier that you submit, the more time our judges have to consider your film!

4) YoungCuts Films Programmed Around the World

YoungCuts offers free access to film festivals around the world who rely on our expertise in finding "Great Short Films by the World's Best Young Filmmakers". These film festivals love your films.

Just since January, this has led to films from the YoungCuts web-site being programmed in Ottawa, North Bay, Toronto, Boston and New Zealand. Film Festivals in Indiana, Mexico, Rio de Janeiro and Seoul are evaluating films from the YoungCuts web-site right now. And those are just the film festivals that we can tell you about!
