2012 YoungCuts Film Festival Optional Information

For each member of your cast and crew that you would like to be considered for an award at the 2012 YoungCuts Film Festival, please fill out this form. 

Fill it out once for each member of your cast and crew that you would like us to consider.

For example, if you would like us to consider your editor for Best Editing and your cinematographer for Best Cinematography, fill out two forms, one for each. 

When you pay the submission fee for your film, you are entitled as the submitter to a membership to the YoungCuts web-site to watch (and vote) for films submitted to this year's YoungCuts Film Festival, including your own film if you have given us permission to include it. If the Cast and Crew of your film would like to be able to watch (and vote) for films submitted to this year's festival, they can do so HERE!
